Forgotten dreams and ghosthunters
I've been making a concerted effort to remember my dreams upon waking and have been successful for the last 3 nights, but last night I couldn't fall asleep until 4am and all dreams that I may have had were eradicated from memory the moment my alarm went off this morning.
I felt more inspired than usual this weekend, spurred on by the sketches I did and the progress I made on my new UFO painting. The UFO looks like it had a run-in with a 1970's bathroom, but that's exactly how I want it to look – like it's cloaking system malfunctioned. I've been listening to Art Bell's new radio program, Dark Matter, while I paint to help me get into the right frame of mind. He had a great show the other night; the guests were a couple of ghost hunters who had some really convincing EVP recordings of ghosts and demons. Scared the crap out of me.
