A celebration is in order

Looks like I will have a new job in the new year. My meeting with the Executive Creative Director at the company I would like to work at went really well this morning, and he gave the thumbs up on me, so now it's all paperwork and scheduling. He used to be the ECD for one of my current company's branch offices up until just recently. During our meeting together he asked me why I wanted to leave my current job, and when I cited the wolves* as my reason he nodded his head. "That's one of the reasons I left, too." He asked me where I see myself in three years and when I said Europe he got excited. "We have offices there, you know. We can help you get there."

I think I'm really going to like this new job.



*no, I didn't really say "wolves", but you know what I mean
