Things I see
Jun. 22nd, 2007 12:05 pmThis place used to be a "Joe's Crabshack" restaurant, but it's been closed for years. A couple days ago the door was propped open, so I went in to look around:
Some painters I saw on my way to work:
Some dry ice on the side of the street:
My friend's rooftop pool:
I took the day off yesterday and went to my friend's Summer Solstice pool party. She's lucky to have a pool on the roof of her building - it was so nice. I took a dip and swam a little. No one else did - they preferred to sit at the table and sun themselves. I haven't swam for years and years.. I don't remember the last time I did. The water was warm, and I had the whole thing to myself.
