My iPod is dying
Oct. 5th, 2007 11:00 amI got my iPod back in 2004.

This week it seems to be giving up the ghost. It wasn't synching properly so I went ahead and restored it, which I thought would solve the problem. But it was still acting funky (not playing certain songs, pausing or shutting off on it's own) yesterday. This morning when I went to try to restore it a second time my computer wouldn't even recognize that it was connected. I restarted everything. Rebooted the iPod. Still nothing.
If I can't get my old one to work I'll probably pick up a new one this weekend:

It'll be nice to have a color display that lights up. I could never read my old one when it was dark out because it didn't have a lit screen. I'm not looking forward to dropping $250 for it, but I don't really want to have a world that is void of music. Walking to work this morning was really dull and noisy with the sounds of city traffic and people gabbing on their cell phones. Must replace iPod asap.
In other news, the Chicago Art Open is tonight! If you're going, I'll see you there :)
