No iPhone for me today
Jul. 15th, 2008 12:25 pmI just went across the street to the Apple Store to try to get an iPhone, but the wait to get one was over 2 hours long and the line went around the block, so screw that. I'll just come back next week, or the following week. I'm bummed, but I can wait.
I finally canceled my Netflix subscription this morning. I haven't watched anything since March? April? I don't remember. So no more of that; renting the occasional movie will be cheaper for me in the long run. My TV sits lonely and unused.
This evening is my last German class before the summer intensive course begins in August, and it'll be nice to have a little reprieve between sessions. I'll be working on the painting for Sandy during the break; we're doing a photo shoot this Saturday so I can get some imagery to work with, which should be fun. I'll have to purchase the canvas fixin's tomorrow and start building it.
