Xtreme cleaning and white knuckles

Spent the last two days with W cleaning up his studio. We worked for two days straight cleaning the floors, throwing out trash and setting up the spotlights so the paintings would be perfectly lit. The place looks amazing.

Tonight I got a cool effect going with some fibered aluminum roof coating:




On Sunday morning I took my bike out for a ride. It was raining and cold out, but I rode down Kinzie, over to the Blommer chocolate factory and it was absolutely wonderful. No one was around and I was free to cruise through the little bit of industrial wasteland that sits over there, just south of Grand. When the rain finally soaked through my jacket and my knuckles turned white with cold, I turned around and headed home.
