Can anyone tell me about making phone calls while I'm in Europe? I will need to make calls (1.) from there to the U.S. and (2.) from one country over there to another that is over there. My cell phone is set up to make international calls, but it's really expensive. I've read about "international phone cards" but know nothing about them. Any advice would be appreciated.
