The madness is finally over

alcippeToday was my last full day at the office. I need to go back in on the 17th for my exit interview, but other than that I'm done.
I came home this evening and finally felt like I could *Breath*. You know, really exhale, for the first time in years.
There's been some interest in my studio finally, too. Three interested people so far. One couple came by to see the place this evening and really liked it but they have a medium size dog, so I'm going to have to ask the building management if dogs are okay. Tomorrow a guy is viewing the place at 2, and then a girl is stopping by to see it at 3. Thank God I can be here during the day to show it to them – I want to rent this place out asap. It'll be one less thing for me to worry about.
I have a dentist appointment at 9:30am and a hair appointment at 4:30pm. Busy day ahead, but all good.
It's hard to believe I won't have to work again until the middle of January when I get my work visa... the last time I had a break from work this long was when I was unemployed, back in 2001. I'm glad I can enjoy myself this time, knowing that my new job is ready and waiting for me.
