alcippeWell, I thought I was going to sign the lease on my new space (fingers crossed) this morning, but I had to fill out an application first and they're going to run a credit check, too. On Monday of next week if all is well I'll go back and sign the lease. I'm going to try to get a German bank account before then, too.
I won't be able to move into my new place until January 3, but that's okay, I'm used to being homeless by now. I emailed around, looking for a place where I can stay for the three nights that I'll have no roof.
I noticed that the default setting on my iPad LJ app was to disable comments, which was annoying. I've fixed the problem now and commenting will once again be permitted.
Tonight I'm going to hang out with my friend Fabian at his painting studio. It'll be nice to finally take a break from my apartment search and relax a little. Although I need to remember to be as quiet as a mouse when I come home tonight, which I'm sure will be very, very late. Fabian and I hung out until 5am last time...
